Yes, we arrange the delivery and send parcels all over the world. All the parcels are sent via Russian Post. Therefore, you will receive the parcel by a state post office of your country.

If you are located in Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Ukraine or Finland, the delivery will be arranged through our intermediary agent in Kazakhstan. Therefore, you will receive two tracking numbers - first from Russia to Kazakhstan and second from Kazakhstan to your delivery address.

If you are not sure whether your country accepts parcels from Russia, please check with your state post or write us an email to pupottery.ceramics@gmail.com
Unfortunately we do not work with pre-orders. If the items are available at the website, you can buy them in the catalog. If you are interested to get approximate time on when some missing items will be made you can write an email to pupottery.ceramics@gmail.com
No, I don't teach how to work with ceramics from scratch. However, I have a course where you can learn how to create plates with сharacters. The course is on Russian language and can be bought from the website, here is the link: https://pupottery.com/kurs
Just choose the items which you like in the catalog on the website, then fill in the information in the cart. Once it’s done, we will send the invoice. As soon as you receive it, you can proceed with a payment through PayPal - https://www.paypal.me/faunaclayartworks
Please remember that customers are responsible for any customs fees in their country. Custom fees are not included in the shipping cost and calculated by the local customs based on tariffs. We have no control and information about customs of different countries. However, we indicate that your parcel is a gift, so you will have minimum customs duties or no duties at all.
We ship worldwide. The delivery will be arranged within 7 business days and a tracking number will be provided as soon as we have it. On average the lead time takes from 2 - 10 weeks depending on the destination address. Please note that we are not responsible for the delays with the shipment due to the fault of the post office.
We are making a lot of effort to pack your orders carefully, but we do not exclude that the parcel may arrive broken. If this happens, please contact us via email pupottery.ceramics@gmail.com right away and attach pictures of the damaged parcel and items. We will either offer you a refund or quick replacement.

If you indicated the wrong delivery address, please email us as soon as possible to pupottery.ceramics@gmail.com. We will correct the delivery address if the parcel has not yet been sent yet. Please note that we ship within 1 - 5 business days.

2. Please note that you are also responsible for your parcel. Therefore, track your parcel carefully. If your parcel takes too long and is not tracked, please contact your post office, as your parcel may be there.

3. If your parcel has returned to us, you will need to cover the delivery cost again. Most of the parcels are returned because they are unclaimed on time. Therefore, please track your parcel carefully and check the post office if necessary.
 
4. If the parcel has left the country of departure,please note that we cannot contact the postal services of another country.
Unfortunately, no one can do anything if this happens. Please be patient and wait since there is not much to do. Sometimes parcels can get stuck at customs for a very long time. The good news is that it happens rarely.

We are not responsible for the delays and cannot influence it if the parcel has already left our country.

Please note that international delivery is quite unpredictable and it's normal if the parcel is in transit for up to 10 weeks, sometimes more.
We send you an email once the delivery is arranged. The email contains a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track an international parcel. Also, you can use another website to track international parcels.

You can try to track the parcel on the website of your state post, especially when the parcel is already in your country.

Sometimes the parcel may not be tracked. Unfortunately, this happens and we don't know the exact reason. In this case, if the parcel has not been tracked for a long time, please check if it is waiting for you at your post office.

We are not responsible for the work of parcel tracking services. It won't be our fault if you can't track the parcel and haven't checked your post office.
Our pieces are made from clay and glaze. To paint our art we use engobes. Please note that all items we made are hand made only!
The shop can be empty because many items were sold out at the same time. We are always at work and try to fill the shop once a month. Subscribe to our newsletter (swipe down to the bottom) to know when the next shop update will be.
The item will be yours only when you place an order. If the item is in a cart of several people at the same time, it will be with the one who ordered it first.
Yes we do. The minimum order to get the wholesale price is 100 pcs. You can choose the items that you want to order online and we will send you an invoice with a discounted price.
The piece can be washed well as dishes as ceramics are not afraid of water and soap. We don't recommend using a dishwasher because all the artwork is handmade.

Please do not drop the items because ceramics can break. Also, please do not give small items to young children. They can break a piece and hurt themselves on the sharp edges.
