Delivery and payment
SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. The delivery will be arranged within 1 - 5 business days and a tracking number will be provided as soon as we have it. On average the lead time takes from 2 - 10 weeks depending on the destination address. Please note that we are not responsible for the delays with the shipment due to the fault of the post office.

IF THE PARCEL ARRIVED BROKEN

We are making a lot of effort to pack your orders carefully, but we do not exclude that the parcel may arrive broken. If this happens, please contact us via email pupottery.ceramics@gmail.com right away and attach pictures of the damaged parcel and items. We will either offer you a refund or quick replacement.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

We do not exchange the items that you bought and paid for. We provide high quality photos on the website. Please look through all photos and read descriptions to know exactly what you are purchasing. LOST PACKAGE/STOLEN/DELAYED

Once the package is delivered to the post office it is out of our hands. We cannot hold responsibility for delivery delays and lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office and check the tracking number history if your parcel is delayed. Even if the tracking information has not changed for a while, please be patient and visit your local post office because it might be there already.
